VIE Project Management Officer – Insourcing Project CORE

About the role

The VIE Project Management Officer will support Airbus Helicopters' Digital department in the CORE insourcing project, based on the Albacete University Campus. This role offers a paid international experience for recent graduates, focusing on coordinating project activities and ensuring successful delivery of the digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities with internal leads and facilitate follow‑up meetings.
• Produce regular project reporting, status updates, and KPI dashboards.
• Monitor recruitment processes across France, Germany, and Spain.
• Organise project‑related events, milestones, and governance bodies such as Steering Committees.
• Manage communication and internal updates, including the project’s AppScript application.
• Create templates for meeting minutes, schedules, and budget trackers.
• Identify schedule or cost variances early and provide corrective recommendations.
• Support HR capacity planning and prevent overallocation.
• Consolidate budgets, track actuals versus forecasts, and assist in ROI‑based prioritisation.
• Maintain the cross‑project risk register.

Required profile

• European Union citizen (including Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco) aged 28 or younger.
• Recent graduate with a university degree.
• Completed any mandatory military service.
• Registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before age 28.
