VP of Operations

About the role

Fourvenues is looking for a VP of Operations to drive the company's Operational Engine. The role designs the operational strategy, oversees its execution and provides leadership and coaching for the team so that outstanding results are delivered consistently. It reports directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale all operational areas: post-sales operations and support, implementations (festivals, POS, phased rollouts), data and business intelligence, procurement (internal and hardware resale), finance operations (KPIs, margins, cost control), tech integrations and internal operations.
• Design, implement and own company-wide operational KPIs, ensure reliable and timely data for decisions, and work with the Data team on scalable reporting models.
• Identify inefficiencies, misalignments and bottlenecks across teams and countries.
• Lead, coach and develop the teams within Operations, define their structure, recruit and train key talent, and foster a high-performing culture.
• Align Product, Tech, Sales, Post-sales, Marketing and Finance, coordinate international operations and act as a link between strategy and execution.
• Support new business opportunities and strategic projects with complex, phased implementations, and take part in strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Senior experience in Operations or Business Operations in SaaS B2B.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on data and KPI ownership.
• Proven experience designing processes from scratch and scaling them.
• Business acumen and understanding of SaaS economics.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop several small teams with limited middle management.
• Experience in multi-country or international environments, and ideally close to ticketing, events, POS or high-volume transaction businesses.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
