Waiter/Waitress for Upscale Italian Restaurant in Marbella

About the role

We are looking for a charming, energetic and kind waiter or waitress to join our upscale Italian restaurant and rooftop venue in Marbella. You will be responsible for delivering genuine hospitality to a high‑volume, à la carte dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve 20‑25 guests per section, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on menu items and wine selections.
• Communicate guest needs promptly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked station and section throughout the shift.
• Uphold the restaurant’s high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a large‑volume, full à la carte restaurant.
• Friendly, energetic demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to manage a section of 20‑25 guests efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
