About the role

Join the Il Bocconcino restaurant team at the Royal Hideaway Corales Resort, delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to discerning guests. You will work autonomously in a dynamic environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute qualified, autonomous, and responsible service and sale of food and beverages.
• Welcome guests, seat them when necessary, and provide attentive table service.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools to support smooth operations.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería).
• Training in HACCP (APPCC) food safety standards.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar waiter/waitress role.
• High proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of wines and restaurant operations is valued.
• Ability to work in a team, handle stress, and maintain a professional appearance.
