Web Developer for Luxury Wellness Brand

About the role

We are looking for a creative Web Developer to join Oasis Premium Recovery & Sea Recovery, a high‑end wellness and recovery brand serving an international, high‑net‑worth clientele. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining next‑generation websites and web tools while ensuring a secure, elegant, and high‑performance digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise the Oasis Premium Recovery website and related digital assets.
• Implement clean, scalable front‑end and back‑end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a server‑side language.
• Manage WordPress CMS, including custom themes and plugins.
• Apply technical SEO best practices, improve site speed, schema, indexing and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate brand guidelines into a luxury, user‑centric UI/UX.
• Integrate third‑party tools such as CRM, analytics, booking forms and email marketing platforms.
• Maintain security standards (SSL, firewalls, backups) and ensure GDPR compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of professional experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in at least one server‑side technology (Java, PHP, NodeJS, Python or Ruby).
• Ability to multi‑task, organise and prioritize work in a cross‑functional environment.
