Workday Absence and Time Tracking Lead

About the role

As a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Lead within the Accenture Workday Business Group, you will guide clients on transforming their HR processes using Workday's cloud-based HCM platform. You will advise clients on industry standards and best practices for the Absence and Time Tracking modules, host workshops and lead your workstream while liaising with client counterparts, external vendors, colleagues and Workday.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Absence and Time Tracking modules, contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do
• Host workshops and lead discussions on topics in line with your expertise in Absence Management and Time Tracking
• Independently lead your workstream and report its progress
• Liaise with client counterparts, external vendors, Accenture colleagues and Workday to deliver a robust solution
• Support innovation by creating new industry-leading methods and assets

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, fluency in English
• Experience implementing Workday HCM / Absence and Time, or similar on-premise or cloud platforms such as UKG, ADP Enterprise eTime, Infor or Cronos
• Ability to meet client travel requirements and manage teams and client interactions
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Stakeholder management, keeping all parties aligned and meeting client requirements
• Preferred: strong HR background, experience owning and driving the Workday agenda, experience in other Workday modules, up-to-date Workday Absence and Time Tracking certifications, and mid-level Workday experience
