Workday Data Solutions Analyst

About the role

Strada, a people, payroll and technology leader simplifying international workforce management across 180+ countries, is hiring a Workday Data Solutions Analyst. The role turns into a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, within Human Capital Management, and involves converting worker data for the Workday solution with support from consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Become a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, broadening experience and skills in Human Capital Management
• Understand customer requirements and convert worker data for the Workday solution, with support from consultants
• Build strong, trusting relationships with other members of the project team
• Apply Workday and Strada methodologies
• Manage work on several concurrent projects while contributing to Strada's financial performance

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, or candidates in their final academic year
• Advanced English
• Current and future work authorization in the country of application, without visa sponsorship
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies and methodologies, and to work under pressure and strict deadlines

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear oral and written communication
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• SQL experience is favourable
