Workday Talent & Performance Senior Analyst

About the role

As a Workday Talent & Performance Senior Analyst within the Accenture Workday Business Group, you will join a team of advisory professionals delivering cloud-based HR solutions. You will help clients get the most out of their Workday investment by taking ownership of talent and performance configuration, from build to deployment, while working alongside colleagues who use Accenture's GenAI-enabled accelerators.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in design sessions and share ideas on the talent and performance solution.
• Configure, test and document Workday talent and performance functionality across implementation phases.
• Own specific configuration areas and see them through from build to deployment.
• Investigate and resolve configuration defects and support quality across the team.
• Support and guide analysts and contribute to documentation and reusable assets.

Required profile

• Intermediate professional experience, including hands-on Workday talent and performance configuration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum B1).

Required skills

• Ability to take ownership of configuration areas and deliver them to a high standard.
• Preferred: up-to-date Workday talent and performance certification.
• Preferred: experience across more than one Workday talent and performance project and exposure to additional Workday modules.
