#XPLORER 2027 Customer Support Centers Improvement Project

About the role

Airbus offers an internship (curricular practicum) program for students in their final year of a degree, focused on the #XPLORER 2027 project that improves Customer Support Centers in Spain and the rest of the world. The internship runs from February to July 2026, part-time at 5 hours per day (25 hours per week, 8h-13h), with a tutor assigned for continuous monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing Customer Support Center processes and tools comprehensively
• Identify pain points and areas for improvement, including resource consolidation, control and follow-up
• Propose innovative solutions and strategies to optimize processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop and deliver digital solutions to the identified pain points
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on progress, findings and recommendations for stakeholders, and present final results
• Adhere to Airbus Defence and Space quality standards and project management methodologies

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
• Fluent English and Spanish (C1); other languages are a plus
• Interest in customer experience, service improvement and digital transformation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization
• Team spirit and excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
• Proactive attitude, able to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software
