About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and contribute to our market positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely progression of opportunities.
- Analyze market trends to identify competitive advantages.
- Track performance metrics to meet or exceed sales targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, covering the entire sales cycle.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
