Customer Care Specialist – French Market

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to support our French‑speaking hotelier customers. Based in our Barcelona office (or remotely), you will help property owners get the most out of Amenitiz’s hospitality management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fast, empathetic assistance via chat, phone and email.
• Diagnose and resolve product issues, not just answer questions.
• Translate complex features into simple, actionable solutions for users.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights with Product and Engineering.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to improve the product and support processes.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with strong English and professional‑level Spanish.
• Experience in a customer‑facing support role (chat, phone or email).
• Comfortable navigating digital products and SaaS tools.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can think on their feet.
• Clear, concise communication style.
