Customer Support Agent – Italian & English (Night Shift, 16h/week)

About the role

Join Bosch Service Solutions in Barcelona as a Customer Support Agent for the Italian and English markets. You will work night shifts (00:00‑08:00) on Saturdays and Sundays, providing critical assistance for vehicle emergencies, roadside support, and stolen‑vehicle tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls triggered by vehicle accident data and coordinate immediate assistance.
• Arrange roadside assistance, replacement vehicles, hotel stays, and onward mobility when a vehicle cannot be repaired on site.
• Support customers in locating and recovering stolen vehicles using GPS tracking data.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken in the monitoring system.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Italian and English (spoken and written).
• Available to work the specified night‑shift schedule on weekends.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
