Director of Ad Monetisation

About the role

Tripledot Studios is seeking a Director of Ad Monetisation to shape and execute the global advertising strategy for its portfolio of top‑ranking mobile games. You will own a $100M+ annual ad revenue stream, balancing growth with a seamless player experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise ad monetisation strategy across all Tripledot titles.
• Manage a portfolio exceeding $100M in annual ad revenue, driving growth through data‑driven yield optimisation and testing.
• Oversee ad operations to ensure revenue stability, quickly investigating any fluctuations.
• Own and innovate the ad tech stack and mediation strategy, experimenting with new formats and building custom tools with engineering.
• Analyse performance metrics such as eCPM, fill rate, and ARPDAU to generate actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, User Acquisition, Business Intelligence, and Engineering teams to design and iterate on ad placements.

Required profile

• Exceptional analytical ability and deep technical understanding of the ad ecosystem.
• Proven leadership experience aligning product, data, and engineering teams around monetisation excellence.
• Strategic vision combined with hands‑on optimisation skills.
• Ability to drive revenue growth without compromising player experience.
