French Speaking Lead Prospector – Google Ads Products

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Lead Prospector to join our fast‑growing digital marketing team in Barcelona. You will support the New Business Sales Development group by delivering high‑quality, policy‑compliant leads for Google Ads products across the French market.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prospect high‑quality leads using online sources and internal tools.
• Evaluate companies against provided guidelines and assess eligibility for acquisition.
• Monitor industry news and market trends to ensure timely prospecting.
• Plan lead‑sourcing activities in line with sales programmes and seasonal patterns.
• Deliver a set number of qualified leads each quarter and report weekly on performance.

Required profile

• C2 level French and C1 level English.
• At least 18 months experience in digital advertising or market research, preferably within the French market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for managing prospect data.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets (Excel) including pivot tables.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance outreach efficiency.
• Knowledge of Google Ads products and digital advertising concepts.
