Inside Sales Representative – French Market

About the role
TheFork is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth on the French market. You will work with restaurant owners and managers, introducing them to TheFork’s booking and marketing solutions and helping them become visible on the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and select target restaurants and initiate contact by phone.
- Conduct cold‑calls and follow‑up calls to present TheFork products, including promotions, booking widgets, and training solutions.
- Demonstrate the benefits of TheFork Manager tools and the wider network to restaurant decision‑makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring the restaurant is published online.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline using a CRM system.
Required profile
- Native French speaker with fluency in English.
- At least 1 year of experience in telesales or B2B prospecting, handling the complete sales cycle.
- Self‑starter, target‑driven and comfortable negotiating in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence and engage restaurant managers.
- Organised, independent and eager to learn and grow within the company.
Required skills
- CRM usage for pipeline management.
