Talent Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Strategist to shape our talent strategy, own the end‑to‑end hiring process, and drive data‑driven improvements across the organization. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on recruiting, leveraging AI and modern tools to attract and assess top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Shape talent strategy, define and improve hiring processes to create a competitive advantage.
• Run rigorous experiments and use evidence to enhance attraction, assessment, and hiring methods.
• Own the full recruiting loop from sourcing to final decision, leveraging AI and modern tooling while applying human judgment where needed.
• Proactively identify and engage exceptional candidates across multiple channels using outreach, data, and new technologies.
• Design and run structured assessments, tests, and interviews that provide clear hiring signals.
