Team Lead, Dataset

About the role

As the Team Lead for Dataset at Voices, you will own an established hyperscale AI customer account, guiding a dedicated delivery team to ensure high‑quality, on‑time dataset and annotation services. You will act as the primary delivery point of contact, balancing customer expectations with operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of a hyperscale customer account, managing program parameters, timelines, and execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop the delivery team, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Maintain delivery trackers, implement risk‑mitigation strategies, and resolve issues before they affect the customer.
• Identify and implement process improvements, refine SOPs, and contribute best‑practice documentation to the Delivery & Operations knowledge base.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivery, program management, or team leadership, handling both people and complex engagements.
• Background in AI data services, preferably with exposure to hyperscale customers and dataset/annotation delivery.
• Strong grasp of full‑lifecycle project management, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
