About the role
Click&Boat, Europe’s leading boat‑rental marketplace, is looking for a French‑speaking Travel Advisor to join its Barcelona office. You will support French‑market customers throughout the entire booking journey, helping them find the perfect boat and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
- Understand client needs and provide tailored boat recommendations.
- Negotiate competitive prices with boat owners for warm leads already in the pipeline.
- Guide customers through the sales process, delivering all necessary booking information.
- Maintain high conversion rates by applying proven sales strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty for future bookings.
- Meet reachable annual sales targets, with performance bonuses for over‑achievement.
- Work at least one Saturday per month, with a compensatory day off to guarantee two days off each week.
Required profile
- Native French speaker with fluent English.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, account management or sales.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing and upselling.
- Team‑player attitude, proactive mindset and strong focus on customer satisfaction.
