Product Manager – UK Market (Mallorca)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Product department in Mallorca, focusing on the UK market. You will support the Senior Product Manager and take ownership of product and sales development while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns and B2B online marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with destinations and TTOO to monitor portfolio performance, sales results and special offers.
• Handle client complaints in collaboration with TTOO and internal teams.
• Provide IT system support to hoteliers and assist with booking department tasks.
• Organise fam trips and manage related logistics.
• Process special requests from TTOO and ensure internal coordination.
• Support contract management, yield management, product management and revenue management activities.
• Prepare and follow up on sales and business intelligence reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in DMC/incoming tourism or a hotel chain.
• Degree in Tourism or a related field.
• Fluent English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with providers and clients.
• Valid driving licence and own car.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
