About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new revenue growth for a fast‑scaling SaaS platform in the hospitality technology sector. Based in Spain and operating in a remote‑first environment, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and build lasting relationships with hotels, venues and conference centres across Europe.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end sales process for SMB hospitality accounts, from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Develop and execute targeted account strategies to capture new revenue opportunities.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Prepare customised proposals, negotiate terms and lead commercial discussions to closure.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Representative team to optimise pipeline development.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences, with occasional travel.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to refine regional sales strategy.

Required profile

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales, preferably within hospitality tech.
  • Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and meeting revenue targets.
  • Consultative, solution‑selling approach in complex B2B environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote‑first setting.
  • Fluent English and at least one additional European language (German preferred).
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
