Join a global leader in satellite SAR technology and become the face of our Paterna office. As a Receptionist and Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless, professional, and welcoming environment for our visitors, clients, and partners while providing essential operational support.
Missions principales
- Act as the primary point of contact, welcoming and directing visitors, clients, and partners with excellence.
- Manage meeting room schedules and coordinate logistics for meetings and corporate events (catering, room setup).
- Oversee office supplies and pantry inventory to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Operations team.
- Maintain office security protocols by verifying visitor access and documentation.
- Ensure the workspace remains organized, professional, and conducive to productivity.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in a receptionist, office management, or executive assistant role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized professional with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
