German-Speaking Inside Account Executive

About the role

HP is looking for multiple German-speaking Inside Account Executives in Sant Cugat del Valles. The Inside Account Executive owns the end-to-end account strategy and sales engagement for medium business accounts, develops relationships with acquisition opportunities, manages account strategies and works closely with specialized inside resources to grow the account.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end account strategy and maintain comprehensive account strategies.
• Expand share-of-wallet by developing and closing opportunities with new logos, retention and mid-sized accounts.
• Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.
• Connect customer strategy, key initiatives and HP offerings to build outcome-based sales and a substantiated business case.
• Engage with executives and build strong customer relationships.
• Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align resources with client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required; fluent German and a good command of English required.
• Proven experience in sales, account management or a related role.
• Experience with medium business accounts preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies, and of a modern IT (services) ecosystem.
• Curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and AI to improve sales performance.

• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
