Graduate Commercial Inside Account Executive (German)

About the role

HP is looking for a Graduate Commercial Inside Account Executive based in Sant Cugat del Valles who speaks fluent German. The role owns the end-to-end account strategy and sales engagement for medium business accounts, building relationships with acquisition opportunities, managing account strategies and working closely with specialized inside resources to grow the account.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end account strategy and maintain comprehensive account strategies.
• Expand share-of-wallet by developing and closing opportunities with new logos, retention and mid-sized accounts.
• Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.
• Connect customer strategy, key initiatives and HP offerings to build outcome-based sales and a substantiated business case.
• Engage with executives and build customer relationships, while managing pipeline growth and customer retention.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align resources with client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree obtained within the last 12 months.
• Fluent German and a good command of English.
• Up to 2 years of work experience in sales, account management or a related role.
• Understanding of sales processes and strategies, and knowledge of a modern IT (services) ecosystem.

• P&L management, business acumen and executive presence.
• Curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and AI to improve sales performance.
