Inside Account Executive (Italian Speaking)

About the role

The Inside Account Executive (iAE) owns the end-to-end account strategy and sales engagement for medium business accounts. The role develops relationships with acquisition opportunities, manages account strategies and works closely with specialized inside resources to grow the account. It is a full-time position in the Sales & Services entity.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end account strategy and maintain comprehensive account plans.
• Expand share-of-wallet by developing and closing opportunities with new logos, retention and mid-sized accounts.
• Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.
• Connect customer strategy, key initiatives and HP offerings to build outcome-based sales and a substantiated business case.
• Engage with executives, manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align resources with client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required; IT or a related technical background is highly valued.
• Native Italian fluency and high English fluency.
• Proven sales or account management experience; experience with medium business accounts preferred.
• Background in IT gained through both education and professional experience is highly valued.

Required skills

• Outcome-based selling, value proposition crafting and digital and remote selling.
• P&L management knowledge and business acumen.
• Account leadership, cross-functional collaboration and negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and AI to improve sales performance.
