Administrative Support – Sales

About the role

ABB is hiring an Administrative Support – Sales role in Trapagaran, reporting to the Support Services Specialist. The position is hybrid (#LI-hybrid) and covers administrative services for relevant businesses, with a focus on high quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative services to relevant businesses, identify performance gaps and address emerging needs.
• Manage a portfolio of customers, including monitoring and following up overdue and near-due invoices.
• Liaise with customers to resolve queries, issues and outstanding incidents promptly.
• Prepare for and take part in regular review and follow-up meetings with Area Sales Managers.
• Support the sales organization and customers, including processing commercial credit notes and handling customer order-related issues.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Grade in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in an administrative role is desirable.
• Experience interacting with customers and supporting sales teams is an advantage.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong organisational skills, a customer-focused approach and a mindset to innovate, take ownership and drive improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP and Excel is valuable.
