Arabic Web Hosting Consultant

About the role

Cross Border Talents is hiring an Arabic Web Hosting Consultant in Barcelona. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will use your knowledge, communication and analytical skills to help new and existing businesses grow, advising them on domain registrar and web hosting products and services. You will act as a trusted consultant, anticipate client decisions, build relationships and reach your assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Advise existing customers on how to develop a successful journey into specific products, platforms and services
• Anticipate how decisions are made and proactively explore and uncover client business needs
• Serve as a trusted consultant on a wide range of domain registrar and web hosting products
• Consistently deliver against the assigned sales quota while prioritising an outstanding customer experience
• Provide strategic recommendations to achieve business goals, including upselling additional products and platform features
• Master one or more core products, coach colleagues on areas of expertise and take escalation calls

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Native-level Arabic
• Experience with Middle East and Egyptian markets
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Some experience in inbound sales, B2B sales or business development, ideally in the IT industry
• Ability to connect business needs with suitable solutions, strong business acumen, good interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity
• Comfortable working against a quota in a phone-based environment
• Valid European work permit

Required skills

• General IT skills: efficient computer skills for a computer-based job
• Phone-based sales in a contact centre setting
