German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist

About the role

An international client, a customer service provider serving international companies and based in Valencia, is looking for a German-speaking customer service specialist. The role covers support by phone, email and chat, using the latest technology and AI integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Support B2B customers by phone, email and chat and communicate with them to find the best solution to their problems
• Handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers across various client platforms
• Flag and escalate customer queries and propose suitable solutions
• Improve Trustpilot reviews and the company's NPS through excellent service
• Map and improve business processes to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction

Required profile

• Native-level German and fluent English
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills and an interest in innovation, such as chatbot integrations
• A technical background is an advantage; proficiency with computers and fast typing is also required
