German Sales Team Leader / Supervisor

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Supervisor for its German sales team in Valencia. The role covers monitoring team performance, giving feedback, organizing shifts and taking customer calls, while supporting the recruitment process and keeping procedures up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report team performance and give agents feedback and motivation
• Keep track of each agent's training and take part in recruitment close to HR
• Organize and optimize shifts and make sure processes and procedures are followed so overflow calls and tickets can be handled
• Take incoming customer calls by phone, email, voicemail or other alerts, log them and resolve within SLA
• Guide agents on selling techniques for complex outbound sales and maintain product knowledge

Required profile

• Bilingual or fluent German with advanced English
• Previous experience and ability to manage change
• Excellent communication skills, customer care orientation and project management skills
• Ability to work with many stakeholders and overcome challenges

Required skills

• Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment and applications
• Windows, MS Office and internet configuration
