Automotive Customer Support Agent – Hungarian & English

About the role

Join Bosch Service Solutions as an Automotive Customer Support Agent, providing assistance to customers who drive cars, motorbikes or use power equipment. You will work in Barcelona, handling inquiries in Hungarian and English while supporting the use of IoT‑enabled vehicle technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming contacts (phone, email, letters) from customers and respond promptly.
• Provide product information, resolve queries, and explain company policies.
• Offer first‑level technical support for automotive and IoT applications.
• Assist with import/export procedures and handle complaints.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering outstanding service and building rapport.

Required profile

• Fluent in Hungarian and English (additional German language skills are a plus).
• Strong interest in technology, automobiles and IoT solutions.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to undergo a 2‑3 week paid training program.
