About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Content Manager to train and evaluate AI chatbots in both English and Spanish. You will interact with AI models, create realistic dialogues, and assess their performance to improve conversational quality.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct bilingual conversations with AI chatbots to test and measure progress.
- Write original, diverse dialogue scenarios in English and Spanish.
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and linguistic quality.
- Provide detailed feedback and quality scores for model improvement.
Required profile
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities in both languages.
- Preferably pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
Required skills
- Expert-level proficiency in bilingual written communication.
