Bilingual Marketing Specialist (Spanish/English) – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Marketing Specialist fluent in Spanish and English to train AI chatbots. You will engage in realistic conversations with AI models, assess their performance, and create new dialogue scripts to improve their responses.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with AI chatbots in both Spanish and English to evaluate conversational quality.
• Write original dialogue scenarios that teach the bots appropriate language and tone.
• Identify complex linguistic challenges and provide feedback to improve model accuracy.
• Document evaluation results and suggest enhancements for future training cycles.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
