Boutique Intern - Four Seasons Mallorca at Formentor (Season 2027)

About the role

The Boutique Intern supports the daily operations of the hotel boutique and Pop-Up at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, contributing to a welcoming, personalized and memorable shopping experience. The internship offers hands-on exposure to luxury retail within a hospitality setting, developing skills in customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, inventory management, basic administration and sales. The Intern works under the guidance of the Boutique team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in the Boutique and Pop-Up with attentive, personalized service.
• Build knowledge of the product range, including local and artisanal items, international luxury brands, hotel-branded merchandise and specialty goods, and give accurate recommendations.
• Help organize and present merchandise so shelves, showcases, fitting rooms and storage areas are clean, organized and well stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels, help with stock replenishment and periodic stock counts.
• Learn Point-of-Sale procedures, including invoicing and payment methods, and support delivery notes and invoices, including a basic understanding of VAT procedures.
• Support sales initiatives and promote products and special items.
• Maintain the visual presentation and standards of both retail locations and complete assigned tasks following Four Seasons service standards.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, Retail Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Fluent spoken English and Spanish.
• Legal right to work in Spain.

Seasonal full-time contract, 40 hours per week, with consecutive and rotating shifts including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends.
