Guest Experience Intern - Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor (Season 2027)

About the role

The Guest Experience Intern supports the Guest Experience and Front Office teams at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, delivering personalized, memorable and seamless experiences throughout the guest journey. The internship offers hands-on exposure to guest engagement, service personalization and cross-department collaboration, and helps build a foundation in luxury hospitality and guest experience management. It is a seasonal, full-time position of 40 hours per week with consecutive and rotating shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests warmly and professionally from arrival to departure
• Help personalize guest experiences by identifying preferences, special occasions and individual needs
• Assist guests with questions about hotel services, facilities, hours, events and staff
• Recommend the city, local attractions, restaurants and cultural experiences
• Respond to guest requests and feedback promptly, escalating or supporting service recovery when needed
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Guest Services, Housekeeping and F&B teams
• Support reservations, special requests and coordination of guest experiences and amenities
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and assist with administrative Guest Experience tasks

Required profile

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English and Spanish; other languages are an asset
• Authorization to work in Spain
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
