About the role
We are looking for a dedicated room attendant to join the housekeeping team at Barceló Lanzarote Playa. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cleaning supplies, equipment and tools required for daily tasks.
- Clean and arrange guest rooms and common areas, checking the condition of furniture, fixtures and amenities.
- Make beds, ventilate rooms, replenish linens, toiletries, minibar items and report any damages.
- Attend to guest requests, handle complaints and process lost‑and‑found items according to established protocols.
- Collect used linens and send them to laundry, restock supplies and complete required housekeeping reports.
Required profile
- Basic education (ESO) required.
- Previous experience in a similar housekeeping position is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
- Customer‑oriented attitude, teamwork, motivation, responsibility and strong organizational skills.
