Customer Care Agent – Leasing (German Market)

About the role

Join Bosch Service Solutions as a Customer Care Agent supporting the AYV leasing business for the German market. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling service‑related inquiries and ensuring a smooth, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming customer requests across multiple systems, ensuring accurate data entry and timely case resolution.
• Provide digital technical support using internal databases, troubleshooting tools, and knowledge articles.
• Manage leasing subscriptions, including new sign‑ups, updates, and product changes.
• Handle billing queries such as payment method changes and invoice issues.
• Update personal data in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Conduct outbound follow‑up calls to clarify customer needs and gather feedback.
• Document case updates, monitor claim progress, and strive for continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Strong interest in technology, automotive and leasing services.
• Eagerness to learn and deliver exceptional customer support.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German is a plus.
