Customer Experience Specialist (Dutch)

About the role

HelloPrint, a fast-growing e-commerce company described as the most ambitious scale-up in Europe, is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join its team in Valencia. The team gives customers a 9+ WOW service and is growing, so it needs someone passionate about helping customers, interested in graphic design, and looking for a challenging environment with motivated people.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and chat
• Help customers find the right product and service, proactively supporting them online and offline
• Provide friendly service and follow the core value of thinking like a customer

Required profile

• Professional level of English and Dutch, spoken and written
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic level
• Customer-friendly attitude and enjoyment of talking to customers
• Dynamic, flexible personality and strong team spirit
• Solution-oriented approach and creative problem solving
• Willingness to relocate or already living in Valencia

Required skills

• Customer service experience is a plus
• Adobe InDesign skills are a plus
