Customer Expert – Polish Language (Barcelona)

About the role

We are building Porsche’s Customer Relations Hub (CRH) in Barcelona and are looking for a Polish‑speaking Customer Expert to join the team. As the first point of contact for Porsche customers, you will help shape a premium, innovative service experience that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Porsche Digital’s products and services and act as the primary contact for Polish‑speaking customers.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and courteously.
• Contribute ideas to develop and improve the CRH knowledge centre and overall customer journey.
• Maintain high‑quality communication, both verbal and written, to guarantee a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Polish and a proficient level of English.
• Previous experience in luxury customer service or the hotel industry; automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities and the capacity to understand and manage customer emotions.
