DC Project Engineer Internship - Barcelona

About the role

P&G is looking for a DC Project Engineer intern to join its Barcelona distribution center, one of the company's key European logistics hubs. The internship covers engineering, construction, automation and infrastructure projects that affect how thousands of products move through the supply chain each day. It is not a "watch and learn" placement: you will own real projects, work alongside experienced engineers and leaders, and see your ideas come to life.

Key responsibilities

• Lead specific project workstreams from idea to execution.
• Take part in engineering and construction projects within the distribution center.
• Collaborate with operations teams, contractors, suppliers and technical experts.
• Support the implementation of new technologies, equipment and infrastructure improvements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks and performance indicators.
• Identify ways to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with engineering, environmental and safety standards.
• Present project recommendations and results to business leaders.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and excellent English communication.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months, full time (8 hours per day).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills, able to manage several priorities in a dynamic environment.
