International Transport Operations Planner (m/f/x)

About the role

P&G is looking for an International Transport Operations Planner (I-Trade) in Mataró Business Center. You will use global standard work processes and solutions to build cross-border shipments so that service requirements are met at the lowest possible cost. The role is full-time and entry level.

Key responsibilities

• Build cross-border shipments using global standard work processes and solutions, meeting service requirements at the lowest possible cost.
• Control and improve KPIs in service, cost, cash and sustainability.
• Collaborate with other T-Ops Planners to optimise work processes and systems.

Required profile

• Studies or training programmes, as well as prior experience related to logistics, are valued.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• High level of leadership, initiative, proactiveness, autonomy and flexibility.
• Nice to have: knowledge of digital tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, APIs and programming such as SQL or Python, including creating database queries.

Required skills

• Fluent Office 365, especially Excel, Outlook and MS Teams.
• Good communication skills: capturing and sharing information, short presentations and summaries.
• Good interpersonal skills, working in groups face to face or remotely.
