Product Supply Internship - Barcelona

About the role

P&G's Physical Distribution team in Barcelona offers a Product Supply internship focused on warehousing and international transportation operations across Europe. You will work closely with logistics providers, distribution centers, customer teams and other Supply Chain functions to move products efficiently from the network to customers. This is not an observational internship: you will own real business challenges, analyse operational data, spot improvement opportunities and help shape decisions on service, cost and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation in the production process
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues
• Engage in learning opportunities to build skills in product supply and manufacturing

Required profile

• Graduated or currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Fluent Spanish and excellent English communication
• Available for at least 6 months, full time
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment
