Decorative Sales Manager

About the role

Jotun Iberica S.A. is looking for a Decorative Sales Manager in Castellbisbal. The role manages the strategy and execution of decorative sales for defined customer groups or markets, using Jotun's sales tools and techniques to plan, execute and monitor sales objectives and collections so that sales budgets are achieved, customer relationships improved, profitability increased and market share grown.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential business opportunities and gather market research on trends and positioning to increase market share.
• Plan, manage and monitor sales objectives, gross margin, days sales outstanding (DSO) and payment collection, guiding the sales team to meet targets.
• Develop and execute long-term strategic and short-term tactical plans based on segment and regional strategies.
• Set targets, selection criteria and performance measures for a distribution network and follow up on agreed action plans.
• Implement standard procedures, processing and reporting for the retail and project teams.
• Organise, coach and lead sales teams, set clear targets and run periodic performance reviews and feedback sessions.

Required profile

• Solid experience in sales within the decorative paints or related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, customer-oriented mindset and proactive, results-driven approach.
• Effective communicator and relationship builder with strong networking skills.
• Proficiency in English.
