Digital Data Expert (Product Owner) - Regulatory Reporting

About the role

ING is looking for a Digital Data Expert with a Product Owner role for COO areas to join the Cross Domain Data Partners team of the Data & AI tribe in Spain. The team delivers regulatory reporting and global initiatives with high-quality developments based on Agile methodology. The role sits in a squad and works closely with Risk, Compliance and Legal.

Key responsibilities

• Provide broad knowledge of ING products, services and channels, and of regulatory reporting
• Define functional requirements, take part in testing and support before go-live
• Control the process of business, regulatory and global reporting, resolve incidents and support support teams and providers
• Propose product quantities and configurations that best meet customer needs, acting as the voice of the internal customer
• Improve service and build reliable business operations with an end-to-end mindset
• Work with Risk, Compliance and Legal to ensure products comply with regulations and policies

Required profile

• Master's or bachelor's degree, with 3 to 6 years of experience managing complex projects
• Ability to turn customer feedback into improvements of digital journeys
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with English at a strong level
• Remote collaboration, adaptability, prioritization, risk management, deadline and stakeholder management, and problem-solving

Required skills

• IT affinity: understanding how customer journeys connect to the IT landscape and technical dependencies, and challenging IT developers and architects when needed
• Agile methodology
