Engineering Integrated Planning Management - Workload & Workforce Analysis

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid) is hiring for an Engineering Integrated Planning Management position covering workload and workforce analysis. Integrated Planning (TADIP) supports the Chief Engineers, the CoCs and Top Management on workload and workforce processes across all programmes, including planning, scheduling and reporting. The role offers a view of all programmes covered by the department and support for workload and resource decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and model AI tools in the Planning department architecture.
• Design, develop and deploy engineering tools in a CI/CD philosophy, with modular, reusable code for application tools and microservices.
• Integrate infrastructure into CI/CD pipelines and ensure automated deployments.
• Maintain workload data consistency and support workload planning exercises (OP, FC, EAC).
• Develop and deploy AI machine learning tools to support MyWorkload+ and Bidplus.
• Improve best practices, performance and security, and support top management reports and tool generation.

Required profile

• Software Engineering degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as an expert Net architect and developer.
• Mid-to-high knowledge of machine learning and AI tools such as n8n, Qdrant, Ollama and AI models.
• Strong knowledge of microservices development and SOAP/REST communications.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD (Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube) and Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Analytical, proactive and team-oriented.

Required skills

• .NET Core, MVC, EF, LINQ, C# and JavaScript/jQuery/HTML
• Database optimization and administration (MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle, SQL Server)
• Linux and Windows server administration
