ERP Business Project Manager (Temporary Assignment)

About the role

Aerospaces Defence and Space is looking for an ERP Business Project Manager (m/f/d) for a temporary assignment in its Air Power business unit, based in Getafe (Madrid). The role drives the implementation and optimisation of ERP systems, leading projects from conception through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage ERP projects in the Air Power division from a business perspective, covering schedule, budget and resource planning.
• Work with stakeholders from Digital, Engineering, Production, Procurement and other departments to capture business requirements and turn them into technical solutions.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify optimisation opportunities through the use of ERP systems.
• Coordinate external service providers and system integrators.
• Conduct risk analyses and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, report to management and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Plan and deliver end-user training and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Proven project management experience, preferably in ERP implementations or optimisations, ideally in the aerospace or defence sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English (business fluent / negotiation level).
• Ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of common ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA and their modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
