Events Intern – Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor (Season 2027)

About the role

The Events Intern supports the Events Department at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor in the coordination and execution of small-scale functions, working closely with internal hotel teams to ensure guest satisfaction. The role gives hands-on experience in event planning, communication and logistics, supporting the Events Supervisor and Events Coordinator in a professional, mentoring environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in site inspections with the Events team to learn about venues and client requirements.
• Verify that client needs are met before each event.
• Support the events mailbox and coordinate with other departments on client questions.
• Join training on event management best practices and guest service.
• Help track performance and give feedback to improve the team.
• Contribute to private dinners and exclusive event experiences, and coordinate logistics with clients, hotel teams and external vendors.
• Review and maintain event documentation such as rooming lists, F&B needs, BEOS and billing details.
• Assist with internal events and private dining, and respond to client inquiries about event options and venue availability.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, tourism, business administration or related programme.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Right to work in Spain.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication, organisation and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn hotel systems.

Schedule: seasonal full-time contract, 40 hours per week, with consecutive and rotating shifts including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends.
