EY-Parthenon Rotation Program 14.0 – Final Year Students

About the role

EY-Parthenon is looking for final-year university students to join its rotation program in Barcelona. The program offers exposure to different areas of Strategy & Transactions, working on real projects with high-performing teams. It is not a traditional program: it lets you discover your potential, explore different career paths and gain experience in a fast-paced consulting environment focused on advising clients on buying, selling or merging companies.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside consultants, managers and partners on strategic and transactional projects.
• Contribute to analyses that influence key business decisions.
• Take part in Transaction Diligence, analysing financial, commercial and operational data to identify risks, opportunities and value drivers.
• Work in Valuations, Modelling and Economics, analysing businesses for growth opportunities.
• Support Restructuring projects for underperforming clients.
• Support Strategy and Execution for mergers and acquisitions, understanding clients' strategic goals.

Required profile

• Final-year student enrolled in a degree such as mathematics, physics, business & analytics or engineering.
• Willingness to learn, grow and contribute, with intellectual curiosity, humility and ambition.
• Agile, growth-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team with diverse perspectives.
• Evidence of proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish.
