Front Desk Intern - Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor (Season 2027)

About the role

The Front Desk Intern supports the Front Office team at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. The position offers hands-on exposure to luxury hospitality operations, covering daily front desk activities, guest interactions, administrative tasks and check-in/check-out procedures, under the guidance of Front Office professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Front Desk team with guest arrivals and departures, giving a warm and professional welcome.
• Support check-in and check-out while learning hotel procedures and standards.
• Answer guest inquiries in person and by phone about facilities, services and events.
• Help with room assignments, guest preferences and reservation requests under supervision.
• Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, updating guest profiles and preparing operational reports.
• Coordinate with other departments so guest requests are handled efficiently.
• Learn hotel systems, including Property Management Systems and guest service platforms.
• Help handle guest concerns and special requests, escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and comply with hotel policies.

Required profile

• Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Legal authorization to complete an internship in Spain.
• Full-time seasonal contract, 40 hours per week, with consecutive and rotating shifts including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite familiarity and willingness to learn hospitality systems such as Opera.
• Strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, problem-solving and time management.
• Team player attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
