FD Operator

About the role

The Food Development (FD) Operator is responsible for carrying out plant operations that transform raw materials into finished products ready for customer delivery, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform weighing, grinding, mixing, dosing and packaging of powder blends.
• Carry out packing, palletising and final product packaging.
• Conduct industrial cleaning and disinfection of equipment, utensils and production areas.
• Support receipt of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods.
• Monitor and control Critical Control Points (CCP) as defined by the quality system.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the ADM management system.
• Participate in the food safety team when required.
• Follow Kosher and Halal manufacturing protocols.

Required profile

• Compulsory secondary education.
• Basic training on HACCP principles.
• Training in Halal certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar plant‑operator role.
• Personal attributes: responsibility, initiative, result orientation, teamwork, organized and meticulous.

Required skills
