Food & Beverage Internship - Luxury Boutique Hotel, Mallorca

About the role

A luxury boutique hotel in Mallorca is offering a full-time Food & Beverage internship in its restaurant, bar and private events. You will join a professional F&B team, deliver dining experiences and learn the standards of luxury service in an international setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in service within the restaurant, bar and private events
• Prepare and set up tables according to luxury service standards
• Take and serve food and beverage orders professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service delivery
• Apply hygiene, safety and service standards
• Collect guest feedback and support service improvements
• Assist with inventory management, stock rotation and reporting

Required profile

• Passionate about food, hospitality and guest experience
• Energetic, service-oriented and well-presented
• Enjoys a fast-paced luxury environment and has strong attention to detail
• Team player with good communication skills
• Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages are a plus
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours per week) for at least 16 weeks, including evenings, weekends and shifts
• Background or interest in hospitality, hotel management or F&B
