Food & Beverage Supervisor – Royal Hideaway Corales Resort

About the role

The Royal Hideaway Corales Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of its restaurants, bars and related services. You will lead a team of waitstaff, maintain high standards of service and hygiene, and support the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage service across restaurants and bars.
• Plan shifts, manage staff schedules and control stock levels.
• Assign tables to waiters and oversee their performance.
• Correct staff actions and facilitate quick problem resolution.
• Monitor hygiene, staff presentation and cleanliness of the service area.
• Control mise en place and ensure all stations are properly prepared.
• Take guest orders and communicate any quality or presentation issues to the maître.

Required profile

• Medium or higher vocational training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio o Superior).
• At least 1 year of experience as a waiter, preferably in a supervisory role.
• High level of English; additional language (French or German) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven capability to manage and motivate a team.
